Nor'easterly welcome

Upon arriving back in Philadelphia, Sarah and I were greeted by a Nor'easter--apparently a large weather system that travels up the east coast of the US. Our neighbor state New Jersey has declared a state of emergency today, urging people to stay at home because of over 50 major highways that are closed due to flooding. As expected, Philadelphia's public and private schools are open today. We may get 5 inches of rain in 36 hours! This morning the colder temperatures have turned the rain into snowy slush...possibly the perfect weather for tax day.

BUT! Despite the inclimate weather, Sarah and I returned home safely. The wedding was an honor to be a part of, and we both had a delightful time with Hope friends. More to come!
